Keyboard hides save button

On some dialog screens, when entering data, the keyboard hides the Save button.

For example, on the Waypoint Save dialog, the keyboard covers the buttons at the bottom of the dialog box, as shown below.

To enter a name and notes (if required) for your waypoint, simply enter the name, and tap the Next button on the keyboard. This moves the entry cursor to the next field on the dialog panel, as shown at 1 & 2 below.

If you do not wish to edit / add your own details, simply tap the buttons without entering any data.

Enter any notes (if required), then tap the Enter key on the keyboard, as shown at 1 & 2 below.

Once you tap the Enter key, the on-screen keyboard auto-hides, giving you access to the Save button again. Tap the Save button to save the waypoint, as shown at 1 below.
