iGO [Street mode] - Accessing iGO track logs for use with external program.

If you want to get at your track logs which have been saved by iGO's Trip Logging feature, here's what to do.

From the IGO Main Menu, tap the More... button

Tap the Trip Monitor button on the More menu.

The Trip Monitor screen will open, showing all your stored track logs (in this example we only have one for the sake of clarity).

Tap the Trip log which you would like to export (don't tap the trashcan icon by mistake - this is used to delete the selected trip log once you are done with it.

The Trip Data Details screen will open, showing stats related to the stored Trip log.

Tap the More button to open the More menu.

From the More menu, tap the Export button.

The selected track log will be exported to the SD card, specifically the following folder:


As you can see from the example, the file is saved in GPX format, which is a common format used by many different pieces of GPS related software.

Once you have exported the required track log(s), you can either connect your Navigator to your PC, or take the SD card out and use a card reader to access the folder containing the exported files.

The files can then be loaded / converted to another format etc.
