[General] - Altitude readings seem to be innaccurate

The altitude reading in various parts of the software does not seem to be accurate. Is something wrong?

Not really. Altitude readings in most in-car GPS systems should be taken with a "pinch of salt". This is a result of the way the GPS system works.

On GPS units the altimeter is only a rough guide as it uses the theory that the earth is a perfect sphere.
